VIIDEEO is a digital display monetization and content distribution platform owned and operated by MyHub Technologies Limited (“MyHub”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

VIIDEEO functions as a sub-platform of MY HUB. MY HUB retains full authority, ownership, and control over advertising content, campaigns, pricing logic, approvals, and platform governance.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VIIDEEO mobile application, dashboards, services, features, and tools (collectively, the “Platform”).

By downloading, installing, registering, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be legally authorized to operate the premises or display where the Platform is installed.
• All onboarding information provided must be accurate, lawful, and complete.
• MyHub reserves the right to verify screen, location, and device details at any time.

VIIDEEO is a technology and media playback application only. MY HUB retains full authority over:

• Advertisement approval or rejection
• Content moderation
• Campaign scheduling
• Pricing and revenue logic
• Brand safety and compliance enforcement

Screen Owners do not control or select third-party advertisements displayed on the Platform.

• MyHub-provided Android displays, or
• Your own compatible Android TV, display, or media device

You are solely responsible for:

• Internet connectivity
• Power supply
• Physical safety and placement of the display

The Platform may display approved third-party advertisements.

You must not:

• Upload third-party advertisements
• Alter, block, or manipulate approved ads
• Insert competing or unauthorized advertisements

MY HUB may restrict advertisements based on location, category, timing, or regulatory requirements.

You may display your own business content using local media features, subject to compliance with platform policies and applicable law.

Prohibited content includes:

• Illegal products or services
• Obscene, abusive, defamatory, or misleading material
• Political, religious, or restricted category content

Earnings may be generated by displaying approved advertisements. Revenue calculations are determined solely by MY HUB systems and are final.

MyHub does not guarantee minimum earnings, ad availability, or income continuity.

Your participation does not create an employment, agency, partnership, franchise, or joint venture relationship.

The Platform may collect screen activity, playback logs, watch time, location metadata, and technical performance data.

All data ownership remains with MyHub.

Any tampering, manipulation, misrepresentation, or interference with the Platform may result in immediate suspension, forfeiture of earnings, or legal action.

All intellectual property belongs to MyHub Technologies Limited. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Platform.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” MyHub shall not be liable for loss of revenue, business interruption, or device damage.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyHub from claims arising from your display, content, or violation of these Terms.

MyHub may suspend or terminate access, disable devices, withhold payouts, or remove content with or without notice.

Use of VIIDEEO is governed by the MyHub Privacy Policy.

Governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Invalid provisions shall not affect remaining clauses. Failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver.

VIIDEEO is a distribution and monetization application under MY HUB. All content authority, approvals, pricing, and governance remain fully controlled by MY HUB.
