By downloading, installing, registering, accessing, or using VIIDEEO, you (“User”, “Screen Owner”, “Advertiser”, “You”) agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

• Display or screen details (device type, size, operating hours)
• Content uploaded for advertisements or local playback

• Screen activity data (playtime, uptime, watch time)
• Location data at a city or area level (not precise GPS unless required)
• Application usage logs, diagnostics, and error reports

1.3 Advertising & Campaign Data

• Campaign creatives, schedules, and targeting inputs
• Display performance metrics and aggregated reach data
• Audience estimates and engagement insights (non-personal)

• Operate, manage, and maintain the VIIDEEO platform
• Enable ad scheduling, playback, monitoring, and reporting
• Calculate performance metrics and revenue sharing
• Process payouts, invoices, and settlements
• Enforce content moderation and platform policies
• Improve platform features, analytics, and user experience

By submitting personal or business information on the VIIDEEO platform, users expressly consent to receive brand-related, transactional, promotional, and informational communications via RCS, WhatsApp, SMS, voice calls, and other electronic channels, as permitted under applicable laws.

Consent may be withdrawn where legally required, subject to operational and compliance constraints.

• All content displayed through VIIDEEO is subject to review, approval, restriction, or removal by MY HUB.
• Screen owners retain ownership of their local content.
• By uploading content, users grant MyHub a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, review, and moderate such content.
• MyHub may remove content that violates laws, policies, brand safety standards, or regulatory requirements.

We do not sell personal data.

Data may be shared only:

• With authorized internal teams and service providers (cloud, analytics, payment partners)
• With advertisers in aggregated and anonymized form only
• When required by law or government authority
• To protect the rights, security, and integrity of MyHub, users, or the public

Payment and payout details are used solely for transaction processing. Financial data is handled through compliant third-party payment gateways.

MyHub does not store complete card or banking credentials unless legally required.

VIIDEEO may use cookies or similar technologies to maintain sessions, improve performance, and analyze usage trends.

Users may manage permissions through device or browser settings.

Data is retained only as long as necessary for operational, legal, or regulatory purposes. Certain records may be retained after account closure where mandated by law.

Users may request deletion of their VIIDEEO account at any time using one of the methods outlined below.

Account deletion requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to identity verification. Certain information may be retained where required for legal, regulatory, accounting, or dispute resolution purposes.

15.3 Effect of Account Deletion

Upon successful deletion of your account:

• Access to the VIIDEEO platform will be permanently disabled
• Active campaigns, services, and platform features will be terminated
• Pending earnings or payouts, if any, will be settled subject to applicable verification and policies
• Deleted accounts cannot be restored

15.4 Data Retention After Deletion

MyHub Technologies Limited may retain limited information after account deletion if required under applicable laws or for legitimate business purposes, in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
